El test de Camino para blogs con menos de 100 seguidores/ Camino's test for less than 100 followers' blogs

Buenos días! Hace un par de semanas Camino de (http://unapizcade97.blogspot.com.es/) me eligió, de entre varios blogs con menos de 100 seguidores, para hacer una especie de test y le contesté que encantada de responder a sus preguntas…siempre dan alguna información acerca de la persona que os escribe. Más abajo podéis ver las preguntas/respuestas en castellano e inglés. Pero antes quisiera hablaros de Camino. Tanto ella como su hermano Luis fueron mis alumnos de inglés durante dos años y fueron unos alumnos estupendos a los que fue un placer dar clase y a los que tengo muchísimo cariño. De hecho fue a Camino a la que comenté que iba dándole vueltas a la idea de crear un blog cuando ella me dijo que ya había creado el suyo propio y me animó a crear el mío. Si tenéis tiempo visitad su blog y comprobaréis cuán madura puede ser una chica de 16 años tan sólo leyendo alguno de sus posts o simplemente las preguntas que ella me hace. Good morning! Twoo weeks ago Camino from (http://unapizcade97.blogspot.com.es/) chose me, among other blogs with less than 100 followers, to do a kind of test and I replied to her that I'd be pleased to answer to her questions…they always give some information about the person who writes to you. You can see below the questions/answers in Spanish and English. But I'd like to talk you a little bit about Camino. She and her brother Luis were my English students for two years and they were great students to whom it was a pleasure to teach and whom I'm very fond of. In fact it was to Camino to whom I talked about I was thinking about the possibility to create my own blog when she told me she had already created her own one and encouraged me to create mine. If you have some spare time please visit her blog and you'll realise how mature a 16-year-old girl can be just by reading any of her posts or simply the questions she wrote to me. Thanks Camino for choosing me and I'm sending a very big kiss to my Tweety (the affectionate name I gave to Camino) and another one to your brotheeer

1.- ¿Cuál fue ese “empujoncito” por el que creaste el blog? / Which was that little "push" that made you create the blog?

Hace ya tiempo que leía otros blogs y me atraía ese mundillo y poder expresar mis opiniones compartiendo las cosas que me gustan, creo que fue eso lo que me decidió/ I was reading other blogs for some time and I liked that "world" and being able to express my own opinions sharing the things I like, that was probably the thing which made me take the decision.

2.- ¿A qué personaje/celebridad te gustaría conocer en persona? / Which celebrity would you like to meet in person?

El primer nombre que me viene a la mente es George Clooney y no sólo por su atractivo (obvio) sino porque creo que charlar con él sería igual de interesante/The first name that comes to my mind is George Clooney and not only because he's attractive (obvious) but because I think talking with him would be as interesting.

3.- ¿Cuál es tu ciudad favorita? / Which is your favourite city?

Podría decir que Valencia porque es mi ciudad y sería verdad pero no quisiera quedarme sólo con una ciudad. Hay otras ciudades que me gustan mucho por ej. Oviedo y León/I could say Valencia because it's my city and it'd be true but I wouldn't like to choose just one city. There are other cities I like very much for example Oviedo and León.

4.- ¿Con qué motivo/finalidad escribes el blog? / For what reason/objective do you write the blog?

Creo que ya he contestado a esta pregunta en la pregunta número 1. Porque me gusta expresar mis opiniones y compartir las cosas que me gustan/I think I've already answered to this question in question number 1. Because I like to express my own opinions and share the things I like.

5.- ¿Llevas a cabo algún “ritual” antes de escribir una nueva entrada (tomas algo, te preparas de alguna forma, acudes a algún sitio, ..)? / Do you follow any kind of "ritual" before writing a new entry (you've a drink, you prepare yourself in a certain way, go to a specific place, …)?

No, no hago ningún ritual concreto. Simplemente tengo una libreta donde anoto los temas que se me ocurren y cuando tengo algún momento escribo. Respecto a los tutoriales, estoy suscrita a muchos blogs así que cuando veo algún tutorial interesante lo guardo en una carpeta concreta del ordenador para luego ponerlo en el blog/ No, I don't do any specific ritual. I simply have a little notebook where I write down the topics I like and when I have a spare moment I write about them. About the tutorials, I'm subscribed to many blogs so when I see an interesting tutorial I keep it in an specific folder in my computer to be able to give them to you in my blog.

6.- ¿Qué te llevarías a una isla desierta? / What would you take with you to a deserted island?

Como no me limitas el número de cosas que me pudiera llevar me llevaría bastantes. Por ejemplo, me llevaría un cacharro para poder cocinar algo en él, sal, papel, lápices o bolígrafos, alguna manualidad para hacer, tijeras, una cuerda, pegamento, …. Supongo que cosas prácticas que pudiera utilizar en la isla para fabricarme una chocita y me hiciera la vida más agradable mientras tuviera que estar allí/As you don't limit me the number of things I could carry with me I would carry some. For example, I'd take with me a pot to cook, some salt, paper, pencils or pens, a craft to make, scissors, a small rope, some glue, ….I guess that useful things that I could use in the island to make a little hut and make my life a little more pleasant while I had to stay there.

7.- ¿Libro de papel o libro electrónico? / Paper book or e-book?

Soy una fatal lectora. Me temo que no utilizo ninguno de los dos. Suelo leer el periódico y ver algunos telediarios/I'm a terrible reader. I don't use any of them. I usually read the newspaper and watch the news on TV

8.- ¿Cuál fue tu primer concierto? / Which was your first concert?

No recuerdo bien, quizá el que fui a ver al grupo Mecano/I can't remember it well, probably the one I went to listen to the band Mecano.

9.- ¿Te gustaría reunirte con todos tus seguidores? / Would you like to meet your blog followers?

Me encantaría. Sé, por la "trastienda" del blog que hay gente que me lee incluso desde Rusia (a temporadas muchísimas personas de ese país me leen). Lo que sí me gustaría de verdad es que me dejaran más comentarios en mi blog. Siempre es agradable saber (y no sólo por la info que da el blog) que la gente te lee y te sigue/I'd love to. I know (by the info the blog gives that there are people reading my blog from Rusia (depending on the moment there are lots of people reading my blog from there). What I'd like very much is that I could read more comments in my blog. It's always nice to know (and not only by the info the blog gives) that people read and follow you.

10.- ¿Cuál es tu mayor hobby? / Which is your favourite hobby?

Mis tres hobbies favoritos son: coser, hacer manualidades y escribir. Me encanta el patchwork (ahora mismo estoy cosiendo un quilt cadena irlandesa) y respecto a escribir me gusta escribir relatos cortos/ I have three favourite hobbies: sewing, crafting and writing. I love quilting (right now I'm sewing an Irish chain quilt) and about writing I like writing short stories.

11.- ¿Alguna vez has pensado en crear un videoblog? / Have you ever thought about creating a videoblog?

No, nunca he pensado en crear un videoblog. Prefiero que mi actividad bloguera sea simplemente una parte más de mi ocio/No, I've never thought about creating a videoblog. I prefer my blog activity to be just another part of my spare time.
