Good morning and good wednesday!. How have your week started? we're already at the end of November and less than a month for Christmas!, time flies. Tomorrow it'll be Thanksgiving Day in USA and today I'd like to talk about that celebration. By my post from 30th September about Halloween I think you realised that I'm not much in favour of importing celebrations from other countries, mainly due to the money profit, to Spain but I think I'd be in favour to import a tradition like Thanksgiving.

Nunca he viajado a Estados Unidos y personalmente no conozco a ninguna persona norteamericana.

I've never been in the USA and I have never met any American person. Well, yes, through internet, I have met one: Karen from Quilts, etc.. (hi Karen!) but the emails we've exchanged were about quilting. I've read many American blogs related to it and I love the concept that celebration has: give thanks. Being grateful for what you have, for your health, for your family, for your friends, for the love, for your home, for your job, for the people you love and for the people who love you, etc.. There's always something to give thanks for it and I think we often forget that those people, those things are there and we have to be grateful for them At the end of this post you have a link to get to know more about this feast day and a free printable with a Thanksgiving tree. Happy day tomorrow to all Americans and a hug for all!!
