Buenos días y buen viernes a todos!, siii ya ha llegado el findeee. Para mí estos dos últimos fines de semana están siendo de no descansar ni un minuto ya que estoy redecorando mi casa lo que implica muuuucho trabajo. Es un piso pequeño pero son muchas cosas las que estaban pendientes por hacer, a ver si este finde terminamos. Sólo pensar en que ya queda menos para la Navidad, poder descansar, poder despertarme sin despertador, quedarme en la cama hasta la hora que quiera y hacer toooodo lo que tengo pensado hacer cuando acabe la redecoración me anima, ¡ya queda menos!. Pero hoy es día de tutoriales así que para quien no ande liado en casa como yo aquí van mis tres sugerencias, espero que os gusten. Buen fin de semana a todos!

Good morning and good friday everybody!, yeees, weekend is here. The last two weekends are meaning no rest even for a minute as I'm redecorating my home which is looooots of work. It's an small flat but there were many things in my to-do list, we'll see if this weekend is the last one for home work. Only thinking that Christmas is just some days away, being able to rest, to wake up without an alarm clock, stay in bed until I want to and doing what I have been planning to do when redecorating is finished cheers me up, just some days more!. But today is tutorials' day so for those of you not redecorating your homes here you have my three suggestions, I hope you like them. Have you all a nice weekend!

¡Vienen dos niños! y un poco de música / Two baby boys coming! and a little bit of music

Buenos díaaas! Aquí tenéis a mi amiga Mª José, la futura mamá de gemelos, en dos fotos una con tripita vestida y otra sin vestir. Está estupenda teniendo en cuenta que está de cinco meses y que serán su segundo y tercer bebé que convertirán a Irene, en hermana mayor de sus dos.....hermanos, porque los dos van a ser chicos. Mª José una mujer activa que ahora tiene que estar en reposo relativo (debido a su embarazo) ha estado haciendo esta increíble labor a punto de cruz (yo sería incapaz de tener esa paciencia para hacerlo). ¿A qué es precioso el cuadro?. ¡Enhorabuena Mª José!

Good morning! Here you have my friend Mª José, the future mum of twins, in two photographs, the first one in a dressed baby bump and the second one without. She's fantastic bearing in mind she's five-month pregnant of her second and third baby who will make Irene big sister of her two.....brothers, because they both are going to be boys. Mª José an active woman who is now in a relative rest (due to her pregnancy) has been doing this incredible cross stich embroidered piece (I'd be unable to be patient enough to do it). Don't you think it's a beautiful embroidery picture?. Congratulations Mª José!

Y cambiando completamente de tema. Hace unas semanas una mañana de domingo una amiga y yo fuimos a un concierto de música clásica en el Ateneo Mercantil de Valencia (muy buenos conciertos casi cada domingo por la mañana de 11.30 a 13 y además ¡son gratis!). Si tenéis curiosidad en saber qué es el Ateneo Mercantil aquí tenéis un link donde podéis conseguir información: http://www.ateneovalencia.es/presentacion/. Esa semana el programa del concierto era música de Haydn, Mozart y Beethoven. Los tres intérpretes lo hicieron perfectamente así que pasé una mañana de lo más relajante y estupenda y además nunca había visto una violinista con el pelo teñido de rojo. No tengo nada en contra, por supuesto que no, sólo es que me chocó un poco. Aquí tenéis las dos fotos que hice durante el concierto

Some weeks ago a friend and I went to a sunday morning classical music concert in the Ateneo Mercantil of Valencia (lovely concerts almost every sunday morning from 11.30 to 13 and they're free!). That week the concert program was music of Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven. The three performers did it perfectly so I had a very relaxing and nice morning and I never had seen a violinist with a deep red dyed hair. Nothing against it, of course not, it just clashed me a little bit. Here you have the two photographs I took during the concert

Aprendiendo a bordar / Learning embroidery

Buenos días y buen lunes! Hoy es fiesta en España, el día de la Inmaculada (feliz santo a todas las Inmaculadas, Inmas, Concepciones y Conchitas). Este está siendo un fin de semana largo que estoy aprovechando para hacer algo de bricolaje en casa (bueno la verdad es que he pedido a alguien que lo haga y yo le ayudo porque yo de bricolaje no tengo prácticamente ni ideaaa jejeje). Mi casa también necesitaba impregnarse de esta temporada de cambios en mi vida y aunque sean cambios con más imaginación que dinero, que no están los tiempos para muchos gastos, creo que quedará bien (¡eso espero!). 

Good morning and good monday! Today is a feast day in Spain, the Inmaculada day (happy saint day to all Inmaculadas, Inmas, Concepciones and Conchitas). This is being a long weekend so I'm making the most of it doing some diy at home (well to tell the truth I've asked someone to come and make them and I help him because I know almost nothing about home diy jejeje). My home also needed to soak in this change moment of my life and although those changes will be made with more imagination than money, no good time for high expenses, I think the result will be a good one (I hope!).

Y cambiando totalmente de tema. ¿Os gusta bordar? ¿soléis bordar algún pañito, alguna prenda o incluso sobre vuestros quilts?. Hace poco os mostré un quilt para un bebé con el nombre de "Carolina" que yo bordé a punto de cadeneta. No sé bordar mucho más pero me encantaría aprender así que cuando encontré esta imagen en el blog www.hudsonsholidays.blogspot.com pensé que quizá, como a mí, os podría interesar y a lo mejor en algún ratito de algún fin de semana podríais practicar. Yo voy a intentar encontrar el hueco y a ver si aprendo algún punto nuevo. Espero os sea útil, un abrazo a todos

And changing absolutely the topic. Do you like embroidery? do you usually embroider little pieces of cloth for your home, your clothes or even on your quilts?. Some time ago I showed you a baby quilt I had chainstitched the name "Carolina" on it. I don't know much embroidery stitches but I'd love to learn so when I saw this image in www.hudsonsholidays.blogspot.com I thought you, like me, might be interested and who knows? in some spare moment over the weekend you could practise them. I'm going to try to find some free time and try to learn some new embroidery stitches. I hope you find it useful, a hug to all
